The highly anticipated third installment of Venom might finally feature the presence of Spider-Man, according to recent rumors.
The filming of Venom 3 began in the aftermath of the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, where Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) once again ventures back to his own universe during one of the post-credits scenes.
The initial recordings took place in Spain, on a carefully crafted set representing a vibrant celebration of the Day of the Dead.
What has taken fans by surprise in recent hours is the leaked information from Reddit suggesting that Venom 3 will introduce Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man from Sony Pictures’ Spider-Verse.
Andrew Garfield, beloved by ardent Spider-Man fans, made a return to his iconic role in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Unlike Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland, Andrew’s portrayal of the web-slinger couldn’t proceed with its planned saga due to Sony’s decision to cancel the projects and collaborate with Marvel Studios back in 2015.
Furthermore, recent information from 4chan reports that the Venom trilogy, along with the upcoming Morbius, Kraven the Hunter, and Madame Web movies, will pave the way for “The Amazing Spider-Man 3.”
While these reports are currently mere rumors, it is worth remembering that back in 2020, leaked information hinted at the return of both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. As we witnessed in Spider-Man: No Way Home, those rumors turned out to be true, reigniting the enthusiasm of fans worldwide.
